So much of oven maintenance has to do with keeping your oven components clean to avoid staining and breakdowns. In addition to the oven’s interior, other parts need regular cleaning to function optimally:

  • Control panel: wipe down with warm soapy water and a soft cloth
  • Cooktop: use a razorblade scraper for electric cooktops and a commercial surface cleaner to clean around gas burners

How to Thaw a Turkey for Thanksgiving
